Our customer from Honduras (who now has 4 machines) writes:

Our company is the Latin American manufacturing plant for Kiwi Shoe Care 
Products (Sara Lee). We have 2 Autopack machines in our plant in Honduras.  
When I decided to buy the first one, my colleagues at the company were quite 
reluctant to buy an unknown machine (at least for us),especially from the 
other part of the world and through an internet and e-mail contact only. 

After installing the machine and seeing its simplicity and ingenuity of design 
and excellent performance, I did not have any problem in convincing them for 
the second one.  Now, they insist on buying a third one!

I can add that the response to our parts request is immediate, and the 
technical support either coming from Australia or Thailand is first class. The 
parts that we have bought are a couple of heating knives only. I can tell you 
that most of the time we don´t get that kind of support even from American 
companies that are literally around the corner.

Estoy leyendo la correspondencia abajo y entiendo que tiene Usted interés en equipo de Autopack.

En nuestra planta en Honduras tenem os en funcionamiento 4 máquinas en nuestras líneas, l a s cuales han estado operando sin interrupciones.  Estos equipos son muy fáciles de operar y de muy bajo mantenimiento. 

El servicio post-venta es muy bueno, y son muy rápidos en despachar cualquier repuesto. Se los recomiendo.

Nosotros hemos utilizado otras marcas de equipo de formación y sellado, pero encuentro éstas máquinas simples, sencillas de operar, y libres de problemas.   Cuando necesitemos otra línea, definitivamente compraremos Autopack.
